This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”). Any capitalized but undefined term in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning given to it in the Terms.

In addition, during our performance of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures prior to engagement with our customers, we collect potential customer representative data such as Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO), company director, shareholder, and investor information. This includes personal information such as your name, address, e-mail address, date of birth, government-issued identification details, shareholding information and any other personal data contained in your company’s capitalization table and audited financial statements or otherwise relevant to our KYC procedures and compliance requirements. This information is collected based on our legitimate interest in verifying your identity, ensure the legitimacy of the business relationship and prevent fraudulent activities, as well as to adhere to relevant laws and regulations, as applicable.
How do we use your Personal Information
